ARGENTINA SHRIMP

Argentine red shrimp has a sweet delicate flavor similar to that of Maine lobster. Wild-caught off the coast of South America. Shrimp are processed inmediately upon capture in the frozen on board fishery. Naturally red when they’re raw, they turn opaque once fully cooked… and they cook in half the time of more common shrimp. So you’ll be enjoying their amazing flavor in no time!

ATLANTIC COD FILET

Skinless, boneless
Cod is one of the world’s most popular edible fish due to its firm, white flesh.
The meat is moist and flaky which makes it easy to prepare and include in a wealth of dishes. The flavor is mild and pleasant without being plain. Cod has a very low fat content compared to other sources of protein.

This is the purest type of shrimp, since it is exported as it arrives to our processing plant, without any additional procedure. The shrimp is carefully handled and processed immediately after harvesting

SHRIMP HEADLESS AND EASY PEELED

It is a HLSO shrimp that is easy to peel because it has a cut along the back of shrimp. This product is deveined.

SHRIMP HEADLESS, SHELL ON

Is one of the most common form of raw shrimp exported. To make this product the head of the shrimp is removed, and everything else remains the same as the HOSO.

SHRIMP PEELED & DEVEINED TAIL OFF

  • Fresh, mild and sweet in flavor

  • This type of shrimp is completely peeled and deveined by cutting the back of the shrimp.

Tuna being one of the very few warm blooded fishes in the ocean require special handling on board the vessels. All of our tunas are graded for color, fat content, texture, and freshness at the origin and again in our plant, to insure quality, grades, and specific needs.
Fresh tuna is now one of the most popular fin-fish on restaurant menus worldwide.

WARM WATER LOBSTERS

These crustaceans are prized the world over for their sweet white meat.
Most lobster is harvested by specially designed traps catching only marketable size lobster while allowing the undersized catch to be returned to the sea to continue to grow. The balance is caught by divers who harvest each individual measuring it for legal size before placing it in a catch bag for harvest.
